BLUEGRASS SUMMIT – April 22 & 23, 2017:

Make Your Own Chrome ExtensionComputer needed (not a tablet or phone)

Chrome extensions are created using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS but if you know very little about coding, don’t freak out. You will be provided all the files you need to get started with some basic Chrome extensions. You will also be provided links to resources to learn more if you want to create more customized extensions. This is a hands-on session. You will need a computer with Google Chrome installed (tablets won’t do it). Go to http://bit.ly/EXTHYPERDOC (you are prompted to make your own copy) OR go to http://bit.ly/extensiontabs for a OneTab of all the links you need in one place. Make and Take: Create Interactive Newsletters with Google Slides

Google Slides is a great tool for laying out a design for a newsletter but it doesn’t have to be static. Add videos, images, links, and more. There is no slide deck for this session but here are some helpful links to load. You can go to http://bit.ly/newsletterstabs to open up a OneTab of all the links below.
